Client Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit a Client Administrator to be responsible for the management of service to the trust and company clients. The role holder will report to the Head of Client administration and will be expected to access all appropriate resources to deliver the highest level of service to the clients.

Primary objectives:

  • Work closely with the Head of Client Administration to manage the day to day trust and company administration of a portfolio of companies and trusts.
  • Assume primary responsibility for ensuring timely performance of administration, book-keeping, accounts preparation and fee collection, with the assistance of colleagues when necessary
  • Maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service

The desirable candidate will have 3-5 years relevant experience, good knowledge of banking and investment procedures, be highly computer literate, strong literacy and numeracy skills and have a knowledge of Trust and Company law requirements.
