Business Analyst

Do you have a good and current knowledge of TrustQuays NavOne or MS Business Central - MS Dynamics? If so, our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Group locations and be part of a technical team responsible for supporting the CRM system and 'NavOne' and operating the upgrade and patch management processes.

Key Duties include:

• Identifying technology led solutions for new requirements aimed at creating operational and efficient processes. Scope, design, build and deploy these solutions in conjunction with the NavOne vendor and internal stakeholders. 
• Undertaking operational orientated projects and acting as technical resource and project lead as appropriate, actively monitoring and reporting to the Head of Operations. 
• Supporting user assistance/help with usage/settings issues and bug resolution both on NavOne and other MI reporting related platforms. 

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience of working in a fiduciary or wealth management business and have excellent report writing capabilities with a high level of technical knowledge relating to end user It and project management processes.
