Administrator, On-Boarding Team/Pension Administration

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their onboarding/pensions administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration around business development activities.

The candidate will collect client due diligence and update internal systems whilst liaising with clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • English and Mathematics at GCSE / AS / A Level or suitable equivalent (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of Guernsey CDD requirements for individuals and corporates
  • Experience working in the finance sector on-boarding new clients
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
