A growing IT company is seeking a Service Review Manager to be a key member of the Service Delivery team, focusing on quality control, problem-solving and continuously developing the service to clients. Does this sound like something you could take on? If so, keep reading...

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating documentation for long-term continuous improvement. 
  • Managing SLA and tracking of service obligation and overall performance for customers in accordance with contracts. 
  • Creating documentation for long-term continuous improvement. 
  • Reviewing closed tickets for reoccurring issues and monitoring quality control. 
  • Prioritising information security and data protection. 
  • Providing day-to-day oversight for selected clients, to monitor their technical support. 

You will need a technical IT background to be able to successfully take on this role, as well as extensive experience in a service delivery setting. You will also need to be highly organised as you will often have to manage several work streams at once.
