Assistant Investment Analyst

Our client is seeking an Assistant Investment Analyst to provide assistance in dealing with routine quantitative and qualitative matters relating to the provision of advice to clients on their investment structures and portfolio performance. 

Key functions: 

• Collating client data from various sources, including investment managers and data vendors
• Organising and maintaining client data 
• Assisting in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc client reporting on a timely and accurate basis
• Assisting in dealing with day-to-day client and manager interactions, always under supervision
• Playing an active and collaborative role within your team
• Providing general support as required by senior management

Applicants must have good analytical skills, be well organised; have the ability to communicate thought processes clearly in written and verbal formats, have good analytical skills , and be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products. 

No previous financial markets experience or professional qualifications are required but you must have a genuine interest in a career in investments.
