Do you have a good knowledge of Trust and Pension legislation? Our client is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Calculating and informing on pension payment calculations and associated tax/lump sum/loan/benefit and drawdown payments
- Managing client's questions and queries
- Attending to all administrative tasks
- Inputting, storing, and referencing all client documentation
Recording all client transactions
- Ensuring CDD requirements are met for all clients
- Assessing productivity and implementing solutions
- Supporting, coaching, and guiding colleagues including appraisals and 1:1's when required
For this role, you need experience of administrating pension and trust schemes and ideally a relevant qualification, or a willingness to study for one. In addition, excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills are required. If this sounds interesting, get in touch with one of our team!
