Local Market Negotiator

Are you a talented and motivated Local Market Sales negotiator? Are you able to recognise and deal with challenges promptly, and efficiently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the property market, to join a Local Market Sales team. 

Main responsibilities:

• Property viewings - Arranging and conducting viewings for interested clients. Showcasing properties effectively and addressing questions and concerns. 
• Negotiating and deal closing - Facilitating negotiations to achieve a mutual outcome. 
• Property valuations - Assessing a property's value based on conditions, location and other multiple factors. 
• Listing management.
• Client relationship management.
• Market analysis and research.
