Our client is looking for a Professional Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient running of Reception and ensure that an exceptionally high level of customer service is delivered to all visitors to our office.
The chosen candidate will assist with general office queries when required, eg: photocopying, binding, scanning and laminating aswell as booking travel and handling diary management
The desirable candidate will have:
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience with Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs and Slides)
• A proactive, helpful and flexible person
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude with the eagerness to learn
• Ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team
