Workplace Operations Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the PA with bookings, and ad hoc projects and ensuring the office runs smoothly. 
  • Forward planning of internal and client meetings including calendar invites and catering. 
  • Acting as a conduit to help others resolve their problems and answer questions. 
  • Order stationary and kitchen supplies, helping with printing, binding, and photocopying. 
  • Providing administrative support to all members of staff.
