Trust Officer

Our client is looking for a Trust Officer who will manage the provision of an efficient and professional service to a Portfolio of more complex and demanding Companies and Trusts.

The chosen candidate will assist in the management of administrative and clerical duties within a team of Trust and Company Administrators, ensuring that agreed service levels and business standards are met. They will also accurately record time spent on individual cases ensuring that targets are met when reasonably possible.

The desired candidate will have:

  • 5 years experience, ideally STEP qualified, working towards or willing to study for STEP qualification
  • A comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services practice
  • Experience in professional administration and management of client relationships
  • Strength in written and spoken communication
  • A willingness and ability to supervise staff and assist with their development
