Key Activities include:
- Maintaining client due diligence from an AML point of view.
- Reviewing entity assets, structure charts, CDD and risk status on an ongoing basis.
- Preparing paperwork for distributions, cash transfer and settlement of invoices/bills for review before payment.
- Responsible for preparing accounts and arranging the preparation of accounts on clients to ensure they show accurately the assets and activities of the entity.
