Trust Manager

Our client is looking for a Trust Manager to join their team, who displays excellent communication with clients, directors, team members, other colleagues and professionals, at all times. The ideal candidate will encourage a culture which promotes engaged and positive people, by ensuring that the team works in an effective and well-motivated manner, maintaining staff morale and a good level of team spirit.

The desirable candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience in a senior trust role
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Company's philosophy and culture, as well as an awareness of business objectives and strategies
  • Relevant trust (or other) qualification (STEP Diploma, ICSA Diploma, CSQS, ACCA), or relevant number of years' experience in a senior trust role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels
  • Effective organisational and planning skills
  • Effective performance management skills, including coaching, mentoring and giving and receiving feedback
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proficiency in all relevant IT programmes
  • A dedicated and highly professional approach with total commitment to best practice, with a pro-active approach
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and to prioritise work
  • The ability to work in a timely manner and to meet deadlines when under pressure
  • A supporting approach, regarding senior management decisions
