Trust and Company Administrator

Our client is looking for a Trust and Company Administrator to carry out a range of duties to support a small portfolio of trusts and companies. This role reports to the Assistant Manager and/or Trust Manager.

The chosen candidate will action payments and distributions in relation to client entities, process client requests for information in a timely accurate way and check and understand investments made and proposed for client entities.

The desired candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs with English Language and Mathematics at C Grade or above (or equivalent).
  • Willingness to study or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
  • At least 1- 2 years’ experience as a Trainee Trust & Company Administrator or equivalent.
  • Exposure to pensions products (desirable).
  • A good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and e-mail systems.
