A local and expanding IT company is seeking a Trainee Technician to be the main contact for clients, and responsible for providing great customer service, whilst having the opportunity to learn new systems.
Key role:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to helpdesk emails/ tickets.
- Supporting clients with their day-to-day IT issues.
- Discussing and advising clients on new technologies that would complement their business.
- Consulting on proposals for new projects for clients.
- Assisting in the ongoing process of improving customer service and client satisfaction.
Key criteria:
- No previous experience is required, however a keen interest in emerging technologies and thriving in a fast paced and constantly changing environment is essential.
