Trainee Fund Administrator

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual and Annual fund valuations using the AcuFund accounting system.
• Collecting and reviewing shareholder Client Due Diligence and reviewing account opening documentation.
• Completing shareholder and fund fee payments using various banking systems.
• Reviewing Investment Advisor trade recommendations and sending instructions to the funds custodian.
• Client bank account reconciliations.
• Assisting compliance with regulatory requirements.

No experience is necessary for this role, however, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade 5 and above. The willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification is also needed as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines.
