Trainee Administrator - Custody Settlements

Do you have good organisational skills? A bank is seeking an Trainee Administrator in Custody Settlements to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing instructions to custodians and fund managers to ensure timely settlement of trades and processing of security transfers
• Monitoring receipt of confirmation of transactions completed in line with instructions issued
• Investigating and reporting any queries- escalating when necessary
• Notifying the MLRO of any accounts or transactions that appear suspicious
