Trainee Trust Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Trust Administrator to provide administrative support to the team to facilitate the smooth running of the team and professional service delivered by the team, by completing all assigned tasks and processes, operating within controls and procedures.

Key duties:

  • Preparation of payments, foreign exchanges, inter-company / trust transfers
  • Respond to client queries / correspondence to be signed by the Relationship Manager in accordance with company's time frames
  • Ensure the filing and profiling of documents is completed in a timely manner
  • Assist in the collection of fees
  • Preparation of statutory documentation as applicable to the administration of Trusts and Companies

The desirable candidate  must have at least GCSE level with a minimum of grade C in English and maths, strong written and verbal communication skills and a good knowlegde of MS Work, Excel and Outlook.

The ideal candidate needs to be willing to learn (including taking on a professional study), be a good communicator and be committed to providing a high level of client service.
