Trainee Procurement Administrator

Our client is seeking a Trainee Procurement Administrator to aid the Procurement team with the day-to-day administrative tasks. The role also involves liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the company's  requirements are met.

The role will require experience in using Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook and Excel, as well as Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system.

This role would suit a bright, proactive individual who enjoys data and analysis and is looking to develop their professional experience as a team player in a small busy team.

Essential Criteria

  • Good A’ Level standard of education.
  • Pro-active, adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Excellent accuracy skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a small team and with others.
  • Good organisational and numeracy skills.
  • Good communication skills (both spoken and written).
