A fund services provider has a new vacancy for a Trainee Administrator to provide support to the administration team in all tasks delegated, and to safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client reporting
  • Purchase/sale investments
  • Making calls and distributions
  • Transfer/sale of units, shares, interests
  • Payments, foreign exchange
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Bookkeeping
  • Cash management
  • Company secretarial
  • Professional liaison
  • KYC (Know Your Client Due Diligence)

Applicants will have obtained a qualification relevant to the Company Secretarial/administration of Private Equity Funds as well as Trusts and Companies,  have highly developed organisational skills and excellent communications skills.
