Our client is seeking a Telephonist/Front Desk Receptionist to join their team who will be responsible for running front desk reception along with associated administrative duties, whilst answering incoming calls via the switchboard and dealing with them quickly, efficiently and appropriately.
The successful candidate will ensure messages are delivered promptly to staff where applicable whilst also collecting and verifying patient details/email addresses for practice records, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date. The candidate will also book/check/alter appointments with all clinicians.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic typing skills
• Basic medical knowledge and understanding
