Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

Our client is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join their friendly team and report to the Head of Customer Operations. You will be working with all internal and external customers to develop a pre-sales technical and planning service for the portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes, designs, orders, and invoicing for completed projects.
• Ensuring changes to products and systems are communicated to the sales team
• Assisting the sales function across a range of planned products
• Interacting with customers to determine technical product solutions
• Site visits, surveys, and client visits required

The successful candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and previous experience in a similar role with a high focus on delivering exceptional client service.
