Our client is looking for a Technical Claims Handler to join their team and deal with more serious complex cases. The chosen candidate will contribute to the delivery of our business objectives by providing a high-quality service for both internal and external customers in accordance with the customer service guidelines.
The Technical Claims Handler will maintain effective communication with colleagues and customers to maximise business performance ensuring that such communication is delivered through the use of the most appropriate method.
This role is open to someone who has minimal insurance experience (not necessarily Claims experience), as training will be provided.
