An innovative financial services business has an exciting opportunity for an ICSA qualified individual to develop their career in their Corporate Secretarial department as a Team Leader.
The overall purpose of this position is to manage and carry out routine day-to-day company secretarial services and administration of corporate and fund structures, reporting to a Senior Manager of the department.
The role includes the supervision and training of junior staff, and day-to-day management of the statutory responsibilities of the team including oversight of the timely completion of tasks by the team.
