Support Technician

Are you experienced in ViewPoint? Our client is seeking a Support Technician to join their team.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Implementing change throughout all ViewPoint databases 
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing support 
  • Documenting system set up and providing training materials
  • Liaising with IT
  • Reviewing licensing and reporting to Management and Projects when needed
  • Participating in Viewpoint Forces and Change Committees along with other ad-hoc meetings

Ideally, you need up-to-date expertise in Viewpoint at an advanced level, along with experience of call centre's, including Helpdesk solutions, such as Service Now or FreshService.
