Support Engineer

Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support to a wide variety of customer types who consume IT via traditional, Hybrid and more increasingly, Cloud models.

The desirable candidate will need to be confident in their use of IT and have good communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of good customer service and a commitment to providing this.
