Friends of Citizen Advice Charity shop is seeking a Shop Manager to run their Guernsey branch. The role is 30 hours a week (6 hours a day 5 days per week between Monday and Sunday).
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the shop
- Ensuring the shop is staffed adequately
- Recruiting volunteer staff and training and managing staff
- Maximising sales and ensuring the shop is running effectively
- Maintaining a social media presence
- Ensuring effective stock management
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are kept too
- Reporting to the Board
