Service Desk Engineer

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to be responsible for responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues, as well as being responsible for providing end user assistance as required. 

They will take an active role in the engineering tasks, and spend a significant proportion of your time assisting clients over the telephone with first line support assistance.
