Are you IT savvy with a great customer service focus? An administration services company is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. Overall responsibilities will be to provide support for all relevant applications and hardware and assist in maintaining, upgrading, implementing, and troubleshooting the IT applications, hardware, and infrastructure.
For this role, you need knowledge of PC networking, Microsoft 365 applications and operating systems and virtual desktop technology. In addition, commitment to providing a great customer service is vital, along with a practical approach to problem solving. Ideally, you will have the ITIL Foundation certificate and/or the A+or MCITP qualification or another relevant qualification.
