Service Desk analyst

Duties include:

• Supporting clients remotely, responding to support class, and assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network, and server issues. 
• Carrying out daily health checks and preventative maintenance checks and logging tickets when required.
• Supporting and providing assistance to other team members and a technical escalation point for tickets when required.
