Service Desk Analyst

A Trust company in Guernsey is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering the effective operation of the Group’s Service desk.

The successful candidate will support the operational activities of the IT Service Desk team, as well as supporting and administering IT solutions. The candidate will work closely with the rest of the IT and technical teams as well as providing support for the users and owners of the organisation. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a first-line IT systems - and user-support role or customer service experience.
  • Good understanding and technical knowledge of current PC operating systems and applications.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
