A leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions, support and managed services is seeking a Service Desk Engineer.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the Service Desk environment with suitable technical skills to work through 1st and 2nd line support issues. They will work closely with the Field Engineering and Specialised Support teams and work directly with clients so applicants must be self-motivated and must be able to communicate on technical issues without using too much jargon. 

The desirable candidate will have the following:

  • Professional qualifications and experience
  • Good understanding of Windows Workstation and Server Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Desktop Support Qualifications, ITIL Qualification,
  • IT Skills
  • Good Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • CompTIA A+. Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Good time management skills
