Service Desk Consultant

A vibrant IT business is looking to recruit a Service Desk Consultant to provide various IT related services to existing and new clients. 

Key duties:

  • Under direction from the Client Services Manager, responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network, and server issues.
  • Providing end user assistance as required. You are expected to take an active role in the engineering tasks and spend a significant proportion of your time assisting clients over the telephone with first line support assistance. 
  • Assisting staff in completing their duties including support calls, project work, office moves, and general office work as required.

Applicants must have at least 2 years relative experience in a similar role.
