Service Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to report directly to the Head of Operations to ensure that the relevant operational teams provide robust transactional, reporting and where required client/broker follow-up services to the Life & Disability line of business.

The role holder will manage motivate, train and empower the team to provide superior service.   You will work with management, learn to identify and implement continuous improvement and ensure the integrity and quality of data.

You will have a minimum of 5 years operational and supervisory experience in the insurance industry or a related financial services area, will hold a relevant business, financial services or Insurance Institute qualification and be a leader with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
