Senior Transactions Administrator

An insurance company is seeking a Senior Transactions Administrator to be a key part of the operations team, processing and monitoring transactions, processing payments and providing customer support for a wide-ranging portfolio of Life and Disability schemes as well as Retirement and Savings Schemes.

You will be responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner, and dealing with queries and further investigations, therefore you must be capable of sound judgements in dealing with policy transactions and have strong interpersonal skills. A high attention to detail and accuracy are also a key requirement for this role.

Essential Key criteria:

• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Effectively working as part of a team
• 3 years' or more in a financial services environment
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft applications

Desirable Criteria:

•  Previous experience with payments, investigations, and reconciliations clearance
• Practical knowledge of life assurance products
