Senior Service Desk Analyst

A legal firm is looking to recruit a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their IT department, to contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team by providing IT service support across all jurisdictions, adhering to IT procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Providing Hardware and Software support both locally and remotely and escalating appropriately. 
  • Completing daily Operational tasks and managing all calls per the Service Desk process and procedures. 
  • Providing day-to-day supervision of team members, ensuring work is allocated and completed effectively. 
  • Providing support and set up for both on and off-site presentations, video conferencing, and telephone conferencing. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, have experience in Microsoft Office and Windows 10-based operating systems, are willing to commit to ongoing professional studies and examinations, and have advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
