A leading provider of corporate, trust and fund services is seeking a Senior Officer to join their Client Services team.
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day administration of a defined portfolio comprising of a mixture of trusts and companies. The role holder will manage all aspects of the designated portfolio including reviewing client relationships to identify any new opportunities, mentoring, and supporting staff in the resolution of complex client issues, whilst maintaining good corporate governance practices and legal and fiduciary obligations that arise for each client.
Applicant must be able to review and interpret financial statements, have an experienced view as to the application of AML principles, a good knowledge and understanding of Trust and Company Law and excellent self-organisation with the ability to operate disciplined 4-eyes procedures. They must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Trust and Fiduciary services industry and hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
There will also be some travel involved with this position.
