Key responsibilities
- Managing a team of Compliance staff
- Understanding regulatory requirements
- Reviewing and reporting the findings of compliance reviews
- Ensuring all compliance registers are maintained and updated
- Updating compliance monitoring programmes
- Ensuring client risk and periodic file reviews are undertaken
- Maintaining department procedures and working to enhance them
- Developing and implementing a file review and compliance monitoring programme
- Report preparation
- Assisting/preparing submissions
- Providing advice and guidance to colleagues
For this role, you will need previous experience in Compliance, ideally in a management role. Good time management, and organisational skills, are required along with excellent attention to detail.
