A highly successful, fund administration specialist is seeking someone with previous experience of managing annual compensation and benefit cycles to fill their new Senior Compensation Manager position.

Working with the Head of Reward, the purpose of this position is to plan, design, evaluate and administer employee compensation programmes including salaries, short- and long-term incentives whilst managing relationships with key suppliers.
