Our client in the Fund & Trust sector requires a Senior Company Secretarial Manager, to manage the Co Sec team and the provision of company secretarial services to a designated number of corporate clients, of the Company ensuring best practice delivery of corporate governance and company secretarial principles.
In addition, the role entails managing the provision and guidance of the Listing applications processes, overseeing the set-up of corporate entities and LP's in various jurisdictions, as well as maintaining company records, share registrar and systems maintenance.
Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience of managing and working in a Company Secretarial role, working on FTSE 350, AIM listed entities and unlisted private equity structures, and will be either qualified ICSA/STEP qualified or near.
They must also have good practical knowledge of the applicable corporate governance codes, Listing rules, the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulations and have previous experience of writing concise and accurate minutes.
