Senior Client Relationship Manager - PE

Do you have 4-6 years of financial services experience, ideally in the PE Funds industry? If so, you could be suitable for the following role! Our client is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team and administer a varied portfolio of Private Equity Fund structures.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for various fund structures
• Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent and the management of aged debtors
• Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
• Ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters

The perfect candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent) and have 2+ years of people management experience with evidence of having responsibility for a client relationship or a significant part of a major client relationship.
