Are you experienced in change management? A fund administration specialist is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitating change across numerous jurisdictions, markets and team ensuring the organisation is ready for change
- Developing and implementing change management plans to ensure a successful implementation
- Using toolkits and frameworks to to ensure the successful implementation of change
- Ensuring the development of excellent communication of any changes- to ensure the wider business is kept up to date
- Identifying and managing any resistance to change across the organisation
- Identifying risks associated with changes
- Evaluating impacts of organisational changes and ensuring lessons are learnt in future stages of change
- Providing support to Technology and other teams during the testing of new systems
Ideally, you will have 10 years' experience in an change environment and are able to demonstrate delivering successful change benefits. In addition, a relevant qualification is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
