Senior Business Analyst

Do you have excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with an understanding of business processes? Our client is seeking a proactive and well organised candidate to fulfil their Senior Business Analyst role.

You will be experienced in delivering an effective and efficient business change service, across all areas of the firm (Law, Governance Services, Consulting and Business Services) whilst identifying areas of improvement and undertaking requirements to  analyse to systems, reporting and business processes, and seeing them through to testing and implementation. 

Key requirements:

• Working collaboratively on a broad range of initiatives focussing on the company's Governance Services business, continuously improving operational systems, business processes and reporting across the firm in response to meeting international strategic objectives
• As part of a team comprising Business Analysts and Project Managers, you will work closely with colleagues in IT to understand the business needs relating to the company's improvement and innovation portfolios
• Gathering and presenting functional and non-functional requirements, working individually or alongside the Project Manager and the project team to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions into the firm

You will have solid working knowledge of a Governance Services business and demonstrable experience of project analysis techniques and supporting tools for requirement definition and documentation.
