Senior Administrator, Corporate Secretarial

A financial services business is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, approachable, and hardworking individual to join their fund administration team.

Working under the direction of the Senior Management team, and with other staff in compliance, and external  consultants, you will primarily assist with the daily administration of the corporate secretarial functions required by the funds and entities.

Key Duties:

  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of agendas, board packs, and attend and take minutes at committee and annual general meetings.
  • Ensure that all statutory books, including minute books, registers of members, directors and secretaries are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Ensure all relevant statutory filings are completed
  • Assist with the drafting and making of all announcements required for entities listed on stock exchanges.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and adhere to statutory requirements in Guernsey and codes of corporate governance. 

For this role, it is essential that you have strong communication skills with good attention to detail as well as prior experience working in Fund Administration and/or Corporate Secretarial teams.
