Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced Accountant? A financial services company is seeking an Accountant to join their Private Equity team.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing accounts for various GAAP requirements 
• Reviewing bank account reconciliations and cash reports daily
  Updating investment portfolio records on behalf of clients
• Undertaking company secretarial duties such assisting with minutes and agendas
• Reviewing data exported from accounting systems
• Providing information for tax returns
• Organising the accounts teams for various deliverables ensuring timetables are adhered to

Ideally you will possess an accounting qualification and be familiar with UK, US, and LUX GAAPs, however part qualified candidates especially those with experience of debt instruments would also be considered. In addition, a general understanding of the Guernsey Company/PII/Partnership laws is required.
