Our client is seeking a Senior Office Administrator to report directly to the Office Manager.
This role is split between working on the upstairs reception in the morning, which services two large meetings rooms, and then supporting and providing cover to the Central Services team as required in the afternoons. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Guernsey office in relation to the Central Services functions including the post room, reception, filing room and other integral areas of this department.
The desirable candidate will be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, a professional qualification would be advantageous, have a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within a relevant role, have a can do attitude and have the natural ability to communicate at all levels both within the group.
The working hours will be 8:00am-4:00pm.
