Our client is looking for someone with 5 years’ experience working in the banking sector and within a system change environment to join their team as a Senior Business Analyst.
The role holder will be involved in change either throughout the entire project life-cycle, starting at feasibility through to mobilisation and delivery, or at various stages. All projects will be business or regulatory driven and focused and not all will involve an technology and digital components. You will encounter a variety and a range of projects instead of focusing in a single specialist area and some projects will involve work across the divisions of the bank.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in authoring BA documents (including but not limited to Target Operating Models; Business processes; Business/ Functional requirement documents; Business Cases), have experience using structured analysis methods and common analysis tools – with the ability to adapt techniques to fit a project and tailor the approach as needed.
