An international private client and trust practice is looking for a qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister, qualified in a common law jurisdiction) to become their new 'Senior Associate / Partner - IPCT', who will support and participate in the growth of the fiduciary team. Provide non-contentious trust law advice on a wide range of matters, development of the firm as a whole, and take an active role in business development and marketing the department and firm to existing and potential new clients.
Applicants should have at least 5-8 years' post qualification experience, and will have to provide legal advice on a wide range of matters to clients, demonstrating a resourceful and proactive approach to client relationships and driving business development, together with the knowledge of drafting offshore tax structures, and ideally experience gained in the Channel Islands or other offshore jurisdictions.
Desirably the appointee would have experience in drafting offshore structures and international tax expertise.
