Risk Consulting Assistant Manager

A dedicated Advisory team is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to assist in leading the Guernsey Advisory team’s Risk Consulting practice. The role holder will lead engagement teams in the delivery and development of risk and regulatory services. They will be responsible for helping clients navigate through increasingly complex regulatory changes and advise on governance and oversight functions.

The successful candidate will work on a range of exciting projects across many areas of the regulatory spectrum, gaining a diverse understanding of the Channel Island regulated financial sector.

Candidate requirements: 

  • ACA/ACCA qualified, country equivalent or equivalent relevant professional qualification
  • Experience working with regulation (International and/or local) and current regulatory hot topics is desirable
  • Demonstrable analytical skills
  • Ability to use initiative, prioritise workloads and be flexible to changing business and departmental needs
  • Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
