Resourcing Manager

An accountancy firm is looking for a Resourcing Manager to support the Guernsey and Jersey Department Managers with all aspects of resourcing for their Audit department. 

Responsibilities in this role will include (but are not limited to):

• Working with department Managers to assist with day-to-day allocation of staff to assignments balancing both          the needs of the business with the needs of the individual staff members
• Monitoring of chargeable hours to ensure balanced allocation of work across the audit team
• Producing and analysing resource information to make resourcing decisions and recommendations
• Approval of annual and study leave requests

The desirable candidate for this role will have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills and strong technology skills are an advantage.
