Our client is seeking a Resourcing Manager to join their team who will be responsible for staffing and resourcing audit engagements in Guernsey and Jersey, working alongside the audit managers, in collaboration at times.
The successful candidate will manage resource bookings on a day-to-day basis to ensure accuracy and they will also run weekly meetings to identify any resourcing issues, resolve conflicts, plan resources, monitor over booked employees point of contact to assist with queries and help manage resourcing related issues.
The desired candidate will have:
• Minimum of 3 years of resource management experience
• Project Management certification whilst not essential would be beneficial
• Experience working with Retain as resourcing system would be beneficial
• Advanced IT skills (Retain, Excel skills i.e. Pivots, exporting reports from Retain to Excel, report writing skills in excel etc.)
